Rod Class wins his case in SCOTUS
As some of you know Rod Class was charged with "possession of a fire arm on capitol grounds".
The original Grand jury acquitted him, two weeks later the charges were changed and he was re-arrested under new charges. He eventually plead guilty under duress the sentenced to time served (about ten days) and 364 days of supervised probation and his appeal was denied. A law firm helped him get his case in front of SCOTUS. This case was about the right to appeal a guilty plea agreement. SCOTUS over turned the denial and remanded the case back to the appeals court.
I think it best to let him explain it
