How is this Legal? It obviously ISN'T!!! We all need to stand together as Americans/Freemen, or we shall topple as Dominoes.

Why aren't they testing these on Mil Bases? That's how they did in the '50s.

Or test them in the Desert like w Nuke Testing. That way Human Contact would be limited and controlled. Not Condemning a Town under Eminent Domain.

Soon they will/have been testing altered Viruses and claim that they're "deactivated" and therefore "harmless." Are they even paying the Residents of Racoon City? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resident_Evil#The_Arklay_Mountain_and_Raccoon_City_incidents

I think it was back in 1959 that congress passed it into law that the DoD could use the American population for the testing of chemical and biological agents for weapons.
  • I know for a fact that the Army was doing Chemical and Experimental Drug Testing at Ft. Dix, New Jersey to Basic Trainees in the summer of 1985.
  • This is just 30-40 min up the road from me. There is a lot of upset people. If the chemical is so safe then I guess the dhs people won't mind giving it a taste test to prove it.
