No, Lots of other extremities to aim for, such as the jugular, femoral artery, ankles, knees, wrists, etc. We're talking about pistols here, but, at close range 00 buck has severed limbs in the past. Not to mention, you may not even be aware that your target is wearing armor. Some armors are concealed.
  • I didnt even consider that...most handgun training dosnt cover this stuff, It makes sense though. How would you approach an armored enemy shooting the place up if all you had was a pistol?
  • From behind.
  • Let's all sing it ..... "Heads and hips, heads and hips, Brains and balls, brains and balls ....."

    Got body armor ehhh ?

ive never been shot with armor on, is it a fight ender? does it break ribs or bones?

No, it will not break bones, knock you on your ass, etc. Point blank or Second Chance had a video out back in the 90's demonstrating this, had a guy balancing on one foot take a round from a FAL and remained balanced. Its a basic law of physics, when one body exerts a force on a second body, the second body simultaneously exerts a force equal in magnitude and opposite in direction on the first body. If the recoil didnt knock the shooter on his ass, its not gonna knock you on yours.
